FRIDAY Strength Back Squat [mpg] Every minute for 5 sets complete 5 Back Squats at 75% of 1rep max.

Rest 5 minutes

Deadlift [wmv][mov] Every minute for 5 sets complete 5 Deadlifts at 60% of 1rep max.

Conditioning 5 Rounds For Time: • Run 200 meters • 40 Air Squats
