FRIDAY Strength Back Squat [mpg] Every 45 seconds for 5 sets complete 3 Back Squats at 85% of 1rep max.
Conditioning Group A For total reps per exercise and time:
4 Rounds of Tabata Row 4 Rounds of Tabata Double Unders 4 Rounds of Tabata Wall Ball Shots (#20/10) 4 Rounds of Tabata Air Squats
Then complete 80 Sit-ups
Group B For total calories and time:
4 Rounds of Tabata Row
Rest 2 minutes
50 Wall Ball Shots (#20/10) 25 Back Squats (#115/75)
Group C For total calories and time:
4 Rounds of Tabata Row
Rest 2 minutes
50 Wall Ball Shots (#30/20) 25 Back Squat (#155/105)
Well this is odd... but great! Squatting for recovery. Different than the bottom of a loaded squat like a Back Squat. Nonetheless an important mobility move.
