WEDNESDAY Strength Front Squat [wmv][mov] Take 15 minutes to establish a heavy 1rep Front Squat.

Condtioning A. AMRAP in 7 minutes of Burpees

B. AMRAP in 7 minutes of Lateral Bar Burpees

C. AMRAP in 7 minutes of Burpee Over the Box Jumps (24"/20")

Post Workout Team Sled Push for 4 minutes
