Condtioning AMRAP in 12 Minutes: 4 Burpee Pull-ups with 2 Push-ups 4 Squat Cleans (#185/115) 8 Burpee Pull-ups with 2 Push-ups 4 Squat Cleans (#185/115) 12 Burpee Pull-ups with 2 Push-ups 4 Squat Cleans (#185/115)

Continue adding 4 reps of burpee pull-ups each round, completing as many reps as possible in 12 minutes.
