Deadlift & Dips type of Wednesday.

Schedule announcement: There will be no Thursday 9am or 10am classes.  All other hours meet as usual.

WEDNESDAY Strength Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 [wmv][mov] Finish with working weight for conditioning.

Conditioning 21-15-9 Reps Of: • Deadlifts (75% of 1repmax) • Ring Dips Then Sprint 200 meters
