Saturday Team Workout is CRAAZY awes. Check it. See you for 9am or 10am class!
SATURDAY Team Workout 9 cards with a movement and rep scheme on them will be turned face down.
At the start of each class we'll choose 5 of the cards. The movements will be done in the order they were chosen. Depending on class size we will group in 3's or 4's.
Each team will keep a #115/75 barbell off of the ground the entire WOD.
Movements will include:
1. Sled Push - 100 meters (rotate through the team twice)
2. Wall Ball (50 per team member)
3. Ring Rows (25 per team member)
4. Pull-ups (50 per team member)
5. Kettlebell Swings (75 per team member)
6. Burpees (50 per team member)
7. Pistols (20 per team member)
8. Double Unders (100 per team member)
9. 1 mile run as a team (without the barbell)
