CrossFit For Hope! Amplify will host TWO class times, 9am and 10am, in order to complete the CrossFit For Hope workout.

Members, bring a $5 cash donation, and CrossFit Amplify will match the total raised as a gym to donate in the name of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to combat child cancer.

“Hope” 3 Rounds Of: • Burpees • Power Snatch (#75/55) • Box Jumps (24"/20") • Thrusters (#75/55) • Chest to Bar Pull-ups • Rest 1 minute

How It Works "Hope" has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. • In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. • This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. • The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. • On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. • One point is given for each rep.

Remember all crossfit workouts are scalable.
