Saturday: Amplify will host TWO class times, 9am and 10am, in order to complete the CrossFit For Hope workout.

Members, bring a $5 cash donation this Saturday, and CrossFit Amplify will match the total raised as a gym to donate in the name of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to combat child cancer.
