Team Competition Time!!!

SATURDAY Team Competition - 18 minute time cap In teams of two, with only one person working at a time: Run 400 meters (all runs are together) 30 Handstand Push-ups 30 Pull-ups Run 400 meters 20 Handstand Push-ups 20 Pull-ups Run 400 meters 10 Handstand Push-ups 10 Pull-ups

Rest the remainder of the 18 minutes

Then AMRAP 6 Minutes: • 8 Burpee Broad Jumps • 12 Wall Ball Shots (one person competes one round at a time)

Rest 4 minutes

Then 2 Rounds Of: • 1 minute of ME Kettlebell Swings (#55/35) • Rest 1 minute • 1 minute of ME Goblet Squats • Rest 1 minute (each person completes one full round)
