Tabata!!!!
SATURDAY Conditioning "Tabata Something Else " [wmv][mov] (great old school CF video.. watch!) • Pull-ups • Push-ups • Sit-ups • Squats
*Tabata: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds “on,” 10 seconds “off.” Repeat 8 times. Complete all 8 cycles of pull-ups before moving to push-ups, etc. Work for maximum reps each burst, as well as max reps per exercise, and record total reps per exercise and on the WOD.
