SATURDAY Conditioning: In Teams of Two: Run 400 meters 100 Push-ups Run 400 meters 100 Kettlebell Swings Run 400 meters 100 Walking Lunges Run 400 meters 100 Sit-ups

*Complete the exercises in order and partition the rep numbers in any way you like between partners. Teams must complete each movement before moving on in the workout and both team members must run the full distance listed. The next exercise can only be started upon arrival of both team members.
