Conditioning 3 Rounds, 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest: • Hang Power Cleans (#95/65) [wmv][mov] • Box Jumps (24"/20") [wmv] • Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (#95/65) [wmv][mov] • Row for Calories [wmv][mov]

*Max reps per exercise during each 45 second burst.  Rotate during the 15 second rest to the next movement.  No extra rest between rounds.
