Max reps each exercise, no rest in between rotations.
Park Workout Cancelled Due to the high temperature forecast and the lack of space, the Park Workout will take place later in July and August at Four Lakes. We will update everyone with information for an outdoor WOD then. Saturday hours at the gym will be as usual: 9am & 10am classes.
