Conditioning For Time: 200 meter Medicine Ball Burpee Clean & Toss 1 Mile Run
Med Ball Clean Demo: [wmv][mov] For Tuesday's WOD, perform a burpee with the medicine ball, jump to a full clean and then throw the ball forward. Pick up the ball and repeat until you cross the 200m mark. Then run 1 mile immediately following your 200m, without the ball (you're welcome). Still confused? Come in to the gym.
