Join us after immediately after the 6:30pm workout on Thursday at the gym.
BYOB and BYOM (drinks and meat, people). We're hanging out from 7:30 on; show up even if you work out earlier in the day. This will start our Thursday night SUMMER BBQs.

MONDAY Conditioning 10 Minute Clean & Jerk "Ladder"
With a continuously running clock, perform one Clean & Jerk (ground to overhead) the first minute, two the second minute, three the third minute, etc. Continue 10 minutes. Use as many sets each minute as needed. DO NOT STOP if a rep is missed during any given minute. Tally the total number of missed reps, and perform 5 burpees for each missed rep immediately following the 10 minute mark.
For clarification, get in to the gym.
