SATURDAY Team Workout! Complete the following as a 2 person team Run 1600 Meters 100 Push Presses (#95/55) 200 Box Jumps (24”/20”) 300 Sit-ups 10 Rope Climbs (or 200ft of climbing)
RULES: The total reps and meters are prescribed for a team of two. Both members can be working at any given time. Rope climb distance can be compiled in small increments; a ceiling touch is not required. Teams may split up the reps and meters any way they like and complete the exercises in any order.
