Warm-up with jumprope/double unders.
Prep for WOD with ramping up in deadlift weight and also going overhead.
Change bar weight in between AMRAPs.
WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
• 5 Deadlifts, #275/135
• 10 Burpees
Rest exactly 4 minutes, then:
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
• 5 Ground to Overhead, #155/95
• 10 Sit-ups
Ground to overhead can be anyway you like, Snatch or Clean & Jerk.
