Reminder:

Paleo BBQ tomorrow!  Workout at 10am and 11am.  Starting the grill at 11.  Bring a paleo dish, bring a friend.

Skill/Strength:

Run 1 mile. Keep an even pace each 400m, and work on Pose running technique.

Rest 3 minutes.

4 rounds, 50 meter sprint. 1 minute rest in between intervals.

WOD:

Pull-up Ladder

With a continuously running clock, perform one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.
