• 25 Wall Ball Shots #20/10
• 25 Sit-ups
• 25 Back Extensions
• 25 Double Unders (or 50 Single Unders)
There is no time component to this workout. All exercises must be completed in order and in unbroken sets, otherwise start back at zero. Rest as necessary between exercises and rounds.
