At 0:00 Minutes:
50 Kettlebell/Dumbbell Swings + 50 Single Arm Push Press (25 Each)
At 4:00 Minutes:
50 Goblet Squats + 50 Weighted Russian Twists (Over & Back = 1)
At 8:00 Minutes:
50 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls + 50 Single Arm Push Press
At 16:00 Minutes:
50 Goblet Squats + 50 Burpees (No Time Cap)
Do not break reps. IE: Finish all 50 reps of KB Swings, then all 50 of PP.
Once finished with reps, use the remaining time as rest until the next segment.
