Conditioning
For Time, With a 16 Minute Time Cap:
40 Deadlifts (Bar, Dumbbells, etc.)
40 Front Squats
40 Push Press
80 Fast Feet Touches
20 Deadlifts
20 Front Squats
20 Push Press
80 Fast Feet Touches
10 Deadlifts
10 Front Squats
10 Push Press
80 Fast Feet Touches

* Choose a weight that you can cycle 10-15 reps upon first pick-up in the 40s.

Core Work
50 reps each, break up and complete as needed:
Floor Wipers
Heels to Heaven
Supermans
