Strength
Can you Clean? Put together some sets of 3-5 reps.
Conditioning
100 Double Unders (Scaled: Tuck Jumps, Line Jumps, or 50 Lunges)
Then, complete 4 sets of unbroken push-ups.
Once you stop, perform 25 sit-ups.
After the final set, complete 100 double unders.
