Choose an Olympic lift complex for today:
Complete 7 Sets of 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
OR
Complete 7 Sets of 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Clean + 1 Front Squat
This is technique work for today. Do not max out.
Reps do not need to be touch & go.
Conditioning
5 Rounds For Time:
• 5 Power Cleans (#185/135)
• 6 Handstand Push-ups (Scaled: Push Press #95/65; Rx+: 10 HSPU)
• 5 Toes to Bar (Rx+: 10 Toes to Bar)
Bootcamp

Then:
4 rounds at each station :45 on :15 off then move to next exercise
