Every 2 minutes for 7 sets complete 2 Front Squats.
Build as you go into a heavy set of 2.
Conditioning
AMRAP in 10 Minutes:
• 35 Double Unders
• 10 Thrusters (#95/65)
• 5 Lateral Barbell Burpees
* Burpees increase by 5 reps every round.
Optional Additional Work
EMOM for 6 Minutes: 5 Handstand Push-ups
HSPU can be kipping or strict.
