AMRAP in 20 Minutes:
• 20 Deadlifts (#135/95)
• 20 Handstand Push-ups
• 20 Back Squats (#135/95)
• 20 Pull-ups
• Sandbag or MedBall Run, 4 Turf Lengths
* Every 5 minutes, partners will complete 50/30 Airdyne Calories, then continue in the WOD. This includes the start at 0:00 and the end at 20:00. (Coed teams = 40 cals.)
