• Shuttle Run 4 Turf Widths
Rest 3 Minutes
AMRAP in 7 Minutes:
• 1 Wall Climb
• 3 Overhead Squats (#95/65 Rx; #115/80 Rx+)
• 5 Pull-ups
• 7 Push-ups
• Shuttle Run 4 Turf Widths
* Partners will complete one round at a time. The next person can start the Wall Climb when their partner begins the Shuttle Run.
