2 Rounds of 2 Minutes of Work Per Station:
• Station 1: Battle Ropes or Rope Climbs
• Station 2: Sled/Box Pushes, Turf Width
• Station 3: Box Jump Overs (24"/20")
• Station 4: Shoulder to Overhead (#95/65)
* Rest 1 minute in between stations. Each partner works for 30 seconds at a time. Alternate throughout.
