• 5 Box Jump Overs (24"/20")
• 7 Air Squats
Rest 1 minute in between Cycles. Partners alternate rounds.

10 Rounds For Time:
• 2 Ring Muscle-ups (Scaled: 6 Pull-ups)
• 5 Touch & Go Power Cleans (#135/95 Rx; #165/115 Rx+)
