Conditioning For Time: 25 Power Snatches (#95/65) 25 Pull-ups 25 Overhead Squats (#95/65) 25 Pull-ups 25 Thrusters (#95/65) 25 Pull-ups

Optional Additional Conditioning: 5 x 300m Row Rest 1 minute in between efforts.
