WEDNESDAY Strength Snatch [YouTube] EMOM for 10 Minutes: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Snatch Choose weight based on how technique and warm-up feels today.
Conditioning AMRAP in 12 Minutes: • 4 Deadlifts(#185/135 Rx; #225/155 Rx+) • 4 Burpees • Run 200 meters
* Deadlift and Burpee reps increase by 2 reps every round.
