WEDNESDAY Barbell Strength Back Squat [YouTube] Complete 5 Sets of 5 Tempo Back Squat @50% of 1repmax. Keep it light to get used to the tempo and the positioning. Tempo: 3 seconds down, 2 second hold, 1 second up, 1 second rest. (3-2-1-1)
Conditioning "Nancy" 5 Rounds For Time: • Run 400 meters • 15 Overhead Squats (#95/65)
Beginners: substitute 30 Overhead Lunges (#45/25) if you don’t have the OHS mobility.
Tempo Back Squats We will use a 2 second hold at the bottom.
