TUESDAY Strength Pull-ups [YouTube] Floor Press [YouTube] Complete 5 Sets of 5-8 Strict Pull-ups & 5-8 Floor Press. This is to done as a superset, so rest as needed. Pick your Floor Press weight. If scaling, red and blue assistance bands only are allowed for the Pull-ups.
Conditioning For Time: Run 1000 meters 30 Handstand Push-ups Row 1000 meters
