TUESDAY Strength Front Squat [YouTube] Every 90 seconds perform the following: 12, then 12, then 10, then 8 Front Squats (#155/105). Goal is to complete the squats fast with demonstrating proper knee action and hip extension.
Conditioning 5 Rounds Of: Minute 1: 15 Kettlebell Swings (#55/35) Minute 2: Row 15 Calories Minute 3: 6 Turf Width Shuttle Sprints
* Scale reps if you might have a hard time with completing the prescribed reps per minute.
