MONDAY Strength Front Squat [YouTube] Every 90 seconds complete the following: 12, then 8, then 6, then 4 Front Squats (#155/105)

Conditioning With a 15 Minute Time Cap: 100 Double Unders Then 2 Rounds Of: • 20 Thrusters (#105/70) • 30 Lateral Burpees Over the Barbell (two foot jump over)
