Station 1: • 1 Partner: Turf Length Sled Push • 5 Burpees Each

Station 2: • 1 Partner: Row 10 Calories • 10 Kettlebell Swings Each

Station 3: • 1 Partner: 10 Ball Slams • 5 Toes to Bar Each

Station 4: • 1 Partner: Rope Climb or 5 Rope Rows • 10 Air Squats Each

Optional Additional Work AMRAP in 5 Minutes: Partner Alternating Turkish Get-ups
