* Partners switch each round. While one partner performs a round the other is holding an Ab Plank.

AMRAP in 6 Minutes: • Bear Crawl, 1 Turf Length • Walking Lunge, 1 Turf Length
* Partners switch each round. While the one partner performs a round the other is holding a Hollow Rock position.

AMRAP in 6 Minutes: • Run 200 meters • 10 Heavy Ball Slams
* Partners switch each round. Treat this as a sprint and rest while your partner is working.
