Back to work Monday with Deadlifts and an AMRAP!

MONDAY Strength Deadlift [wmv][mov] Every 90 seconds for 10 sets complete 2 Deadlifts. Build over the first 5 sets and then remain at one weight for the last 5 sets.

Conditioning AMRAP in 18 Minutes: • 10 Push Press (#115/75) • 30 Air Squats • Run 400 meters
