Conditioning For Total Time: “Annie” 50-40-30-20-10 Reps Of: • Double Unders • AbMat Sit-ups

Rest 3 minutes

Then 4 Rounds Of: • Run 400 meters • 12 Kettlebell Swings (#55/35)
