SATURDAY Conditioning 150 Box Jumps (24"/20") * One person completes jumps at a time while the other is holding a handstand. Switch as necessary.

150 Kettlebell Swings * One person completes swings at a time while the other is holding an air squat.

150 Push-ups *One person completes push-ups at a time while the other is completing singles with a jump rope.
