Weekend Warriors-- see you at 9am or 10am class!

SATURDAY Partner Conditioning Part 1 Max Front Squats from the rack in 6 minutes. One person squats while the other holds a chin up. Roles will then switch.

Part 2 "Jack" AMRAP in 20 Minutes: • 10 Push Press (#115/75) • 10 Kettlebell Swings (#55/35) • 10 Box Jumps (24"/20')

One partner works on the AMRAP while the other is running 8 turf lengths. (4 Down/Backs) The runner then picks up where the their teammate left off.  Switch in this manner for the 20 minutes.
