SATURDAY Partner Workout In teams of two, AMRAP in 20 minutes: • Run 100 meters or Row 150 meters • Ring Dips • Wall Ball Shots

* Both partners will complete the runs/rows and alternate movements each round. Reps on Ring Dips and Wall Balls will be completed by each person and will start with 2 reps and increase by 2 each round.
