We head into Friday with squats and a Tabata challenge!

FRIDAY Strength Back Squat [mpg] Warm-up, then perform 1 set of 20 reps.
Conditioning Team Tabata: • Double Unders • Kettlebell Swings • Sit-ups • Goblet Squats
Teams of Two will compete both against each other and also for max reps total. "Loser" of each exercise has a penalty of 5 burpees, to be performed post-workout (total of 20 for entire WOD). Good luck!
*Tabata: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds “on,” 10 seconds “off.” Repeat 8 times. Complete all 8 cycles of double unders before moving to kb swings, etc. Work for maximum reps each burst, as well as max reps per exercise, and record total reps per exercise and on the WOD.
