"Team Week!" Starting the week off right with some partner awesomeness.

Schedule announcements for this week: Monday & Tuesday: normal class schedule Wednesday: Only 10 & 11am classes; no 5:30am class, no afternoon or Oly Lifting classes.

And we'll have TWO BBQ's this week! Tuesday night and Friday night... come join the fun. Also join us Saturday and Sunday mornings to make up for "lost time" on the Fourth of July!
