Friday Jerks and "Cindy" (with a twist).

FRIDAY Strength Split Jerk [wmv][mov] Take 15 minutes to establish a 1repmax.

Conditioning "Cindy" with a twist AMRAP in 20 minutes: • 5 Pull-ups • 10 Push-ups • 15 Squats

* Perform 3 clean and jerks at #135/95 after every 3 rounds of Cindy.

This is not our workout today, but pretty awesome nonetheless...
