Conditioning 5 Rounds For Time: • 3 Deadlifts (75% of 1repmax) • 6 Handstand Push-ups • 9 Ring Push-ups
Beginners: sub modified HSPU (feet on box), handstand holds, or seated shoulder press. Also sub regular push-ups as needed.
