Gym hours as usual Saturday: 9am & 10am classes.

SATURDAY Partner WOD: Teams of Two For Time: 100 Push-ups 400 meter run 150 Walking Lunges 400 meter run 150 Squats 400 meter run 150 Walking Lunges 400 meter run 100 Push-ups

Teams cannot start the next exercise until reps are complete and each partner is present after the runs.  Only one person can be working at a time. Split reps however you like, but both people must run each 400 meters.
