Conditioning On the minute, every minute for 15 minutes, complete: • 2 Power Snatches (50-60% of 1 rep max) • 3 Overhead Squats (at same weight) • 4 Burpees
Use any remaining time each minute to rest. For any skipped reps in a minute, complete that many burpees post-wod. DO NOT LET THAT HAPPEN.
