SATURDAY Skill Handstand Practice [wmv][mov]

Conditioning On the minute, every minute for 15 minutes, complete: • 2 Power Snatches (50-60% of 1 rep max) • 3 Overhead Squats (at same weight) • 4 Burpees

Use any remaining time each minute to rest. For any skipped reps in a minute, complete that many burpees post-wod.  DO NOT LET THAT HAPPEN.

Running for Hope Scott is running run a 5k in Oak Lawn that serves as a fundraiser and a celebration of life for children that go through Hope Children’s Hospital.  Anyone interested can join!  It’s called Running for Hope and is this Sunday, June 5th at 8:00am.
