Handstands! Time to spend some time upside down. A lot of time.
Beginners: Work on establishing consistent kick to handstand against wall. Attempt Handstand Holds, 3 x max time. Handstand Push-up work using jump boxes.
Experienced: Handstand Push-ups, 3 x max reps. OR Handstand holds, 3 x max time. THEN Freestanding handstand work, at least 10 solid attempts at max hold. Walking hands are allowed.
