SUNDAY "Nutts" For Time: 10 Handstand Push-ups 15 Deadlifts 25 Box Jumps 50 Pull-ups 100 Wall Ball Shots 200 Double Unders Run 400 meters with a 45lb plate

* This will be completed as a partner workout. Each partner will perform all reps listed up to the Pull-ups, where the remainder of reps will be split.

Conditioning Open WOD 16.5 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Reps Of: • Thrusters (#95/65) • Burpees

Rest 1 Minute

Then Open WOD 15.5 27-21-15-9 Reps Of: • Row for Calories • Thrusters (#95/65)

Rest 1 Minute

Then Open WOD 13.5 AMRAP in 4 Minutes: • 15 Thrusters (#100/65) • 15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes. If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes. If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.

Partner Conditioning 6 Rounds For Time: • 10 Handstand Push-ups (Scaled: Push Press #95/65) • 10 Toes to Bar • 10 Front Squats (#135/95)

* Alternate each exercise.

After the 6 rounds, immediately perform 6 Turf Lengths of Heavy Sled Pushes.
