Will Liptak

I started crossfit coming up on about 8 years. I originally started it as a way to get into something new and not be at work all the time (coaching/managing at my otf studios). But after day one i was hooked and loved it. I love that CrossFit is able to be anything from a barbell workout, to walking on your hands or running on your feet and everything in between. It gives you plenty to work on and makes it pretty hard to get bored with unless you aren’t trying and working at new things.

My favorite thing about coaching CrossFit is seeing people work their asses off towards a goal. When I am able to be a small part of that by giving advice or helping guide someone towards their goal, that selfishly makes me even happier that I was able to be a part of it.
